Using this site
This site exists to explain who we are and what we fund. You are welcome to read it, link to it and share it.
Accuracy
We work to keep project information and figures current, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete or free of error. Impact figures are reported to us by the communities and partners delivering the work, and are updated as projects progress.
Donations
Donations are processed by GiveLively, not by this site, and are subject to its terms. Gifts to The Cloudbase Foundation are tax-deductible in the United States to the extent the law allows. Where a gift is directed at a specific project that cannot proceed, or whose needs change, we will apply the funds to comparable community-led work rather than return them — this is standard practice for grantmaking charities and lets us keep our commitments to communities.
Project submissions
Sending us a project idea does not create an obligation on either side. We read every submission through our open call, but we cannot fund all of them and we cannot promise a timeline for a decision. Do not send confidential information through the form.

Text and photography on this site belong to The Cloudbase Foundation or to the photographers and communities who provided them. Please ask before reusing them commercially.
