Emergency Relief for Roldanillo & Northern Valle del Cauca

On Monday, August 10, 2026 a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia — the strongest the country has felt in a decade. The epicenter was near San José del Palmar in Chocó, but the shaking tore through Valle del Cauca and the coffee region beyond it. More than 110 people have been confirmed dead, dozens more are injured, and the count is still climbing as rescue crews reach outlying towns. The national government has declared an emergency. Roldanillo and its neighbours are in the middle of it.

Hindu Kush Education & Health — Chitral

School kits and emergency medical supplies for remote Hindu Kush villages near the flying sites of Upper Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Also funds community cleanup and environmental awareness near landing and trekking zones. Submitted by Sajid Ur Rahman (Hindu Kush Paragliding Club, Chitral). Board approved a $2,000 CBF matching grant toward an $8,000 fundraising target.
